1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed & tracking numbers are available within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is handed off to the carrier. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the tracking system to update from its original status.

We are proud to offer free shipping to our customers.

Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days within the United States. -
International Shipping:
Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Delays due to customs, public holidays, or carrier service issues may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates
We do not charge our customers for shipping!

4. Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@shinypatches.com.
Include your order number and a brief description so we can assist promptly. We’ll gladly initiate an investigation with the carrier to ensure you receive your order.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
While shipping is free on our end, international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their own country's government.
Please be aware of your country’s import policies and any potential additional charges.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Some high-risk or restricted regions may be excluded. If your location is affected, you’ll be notified at checkout or via email.
